Report something or someone
In the app, press and hold a message and choose Report. For a comment, tap Report under it. For a member, open their profile and tap the three dots. We read every report and aim to act on it within a day. The person is never told it was you.
Block someone
Open their profile, tap the three dots and choose Block. You stop seeing each other’s posts and messages, and neither of you can message or follow the other. You can undo it in Settings, under Blocked.
Delete your account
In the app, open Settings and tap Delete account at the bottom. It removes your profile, posts, comments, messages and follows for good, and it can’t be undone.
Joining
Every member is approved, or comes in with an invite code from a host. If you have a code, enter it when you request access. If you don’t, ask for an invite at hello@exceptclub.com.
